Service Cancellations and Limitations
Covering both use of this website and participation in coaching services.
By using godlypattern.com (the "Website") or engaging Coach Luchi's coaching services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Website or enroll in coaching. Continued use after any update to these Terms means you accept the revised version.
All text, graphics, logos, audio, video, and other content on the Website is owned by Godly Pattern or its licensors. You're welcome to read and personally enjoy this content, but you may not copy, resell, redistribute, or use it commercially without written permission. Materials shared as part of a coaching program (frameworks, worksheets, recordings) are for your personal use only.
If you submit a letter, testimonial, comment, or other content to Godly Pattern (including through "Letters" or "Know Your Pattern"), you retain ownership, but you grant Godly Pattern permission to use, edit, and anonymize that content for publication, only with your explicit consent where we've said consent is required (as with "Letters from the Tribe"). Don't submit content that's illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.
Coach Luchi is a trained coach, not a licensed therapist, counselor, physician, financial advisor, or attorney. Coaching sessions are a collaborative, non-judgmental space to work through goals and decisions, but you are solely responsible for the choices you make and the actions you take, in coaching and in life. If you're facing a medical, mental health, legal, or financial situation, please consult a licensed professional in that field.
Coaching sessions are scheduled directly with your coach. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24–48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed entirely, are considered forfeited with no refund or credit. Cancellation of a coaching program must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Coaching programs are sold as complete packages. If you stop partway through, unused sessions are generally not eligible for refund, credit, or transfer. Membership cannot be paused once a program is underway. If you're on a payment plan and a payment fails, you'll have 7 days to resolve it before sessions are paused and applicable discounts may be forfeited.
Coach Luchi will not disclose that you're in a coaching relationship without your consent. You're free to discuss your own experience with anyone, anytime.
The Website may link out to other sites (Printify, Lulu, Substack, Telegram, and others). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices. That includes our Shop, which is operated through Printify's platform.
The Website and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not responsible for the accuracy or availability of any third-party content linked from the Website.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Godly Pattern is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or participation in coaching. Our total liability to you, under any circumstance, will not exceed the amount you've paid us in the prior 12 months.
Godly Tribe spaces (including Letters, the Waiting Tribe, and the Praying Tribe) are meant to be respectful and safe. Keep discussions courteous, don't share others' private messages publicly, and don't post spam, self-promotion, or content that violates someone else's rights. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for anyone who doesn't follow this.
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on the Website without permission, contact [email protected] with a description of the work, its location on the Website, and your contact information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where either party needs to seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property rights.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website or ongoing participation in coaching after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
